Our factory in Cardiff has the latest state of the art sewing machines and cutting techniques ensuring top productivity whilst guaranteeing quality.
Bulk Volume Production
Using the latest technology and machinery we have the production capability to produce any quantity required.
Protoypes
All prototypes are manufactured using the end-use materials – so customers can trial and test the products to ensure complete compliance with the desired application.
Fabric Cutting & Welding
We specialise in various forms of contract fabric cutting. Our equipment for this process includes 2 automated conveyor cutting systems, slitting equipment, die presses, and sheeting equipment.
Colour & Material Matching
Have an existing product and need to match the colour and material? We have the capabilities to match over 2,000 different colours and materials.
Patching & Repair
Breathe a new lease of life into your products with our full patching and repair service. They’ll look and perform as new.
